25/05/2010 Swindon Town Wembley song Chelsea Flower Show Westdale Nurseries Council Cuts

Morning music and chat.

It's hard enough realising you need to cut back your own household budget - what do you cross off your shopping list? Spare a thought for the new Chancellor George Osborne who's just announced details of where the government's decide to make the first wave of cuts in public spending. This morning we looked at what could be affected in Wiltshire. We spent some time with the team at Steeple Ashton village shop, which got money from the South West Regional Development Agency, an organisation that will now see its budget cut.

4 days until Swindon Town play at Wembley. This morning we gave the Swindon Wembley song its first play. Is it any better than the usual standard of footballing songs? Listen to it at about 2 hours 55 minutes into the programme.

Also this morning: Matthew spoke to 23-year-old Andrea Bowie from Cricklade who has turned her search for a job into a film, which is now up for an award. Click to go to the main Matthew Smith site and then onto today's programme details to find a link to watch Andrea's video.
