It seems there is a new trend with new mums back to being "stay at home mums", as opposed to going to work. Which are/were you? Which works best for all concerned? Is there ever a happy medium where mums and work is concerned?

Plus, the NHS is to undergo one of the biggest shake-ups in its history, the government has announced. One of the changes is that GPs are to take charge of much of the budget. Can you see this working? If you were in charge, what would you change in the NHS?
