HPA jobs, Porton Down and speed cameras to be switched off

Salisbury's MP John Glen talks about stopping jobs moving from Porton Down to Essex.

Also this morning: The mother of missing Chippenham man Donavan van Lill talks publically for the first time about her son. Twenty-nine-year-old Donavan has now been missing for five months - Wiltshire Police think he has been murdered.

And Wiltshire's speed cameras run by the Safety Camera Partnership are to be switched off later in the year. We explain why and look at the Community Speedwatch scheme that could see more local people operating speed cameras themselves.
