Leeds Building Society is giving staff grammar lessons after concerns about the standard of their written English. Does it really matter about this in 2010?

Plus, the new series of The Apprentice starts tonight, along with a Nottinghamshire contestant. One of the papers today says that three of the contestants have had "brushes with the law"; does it matter though? At what point do you forgive and move on? Does knowing that someone has been convicted of a crime or arrested change your perception of them?
