Presenter Carys Davies visits Cae鈥檙 Gors heritage centre, former home of Welsh author Kate Roberts, to find out more about cooking in 1890. With Antoinette Hughes to help her make oat pancakes, she finds out how much of a chore cooking was in the days before microwaves, gas and electricity.
