In one of her toughest challenges yet for Countryfile, Julia Bradbury attempts to kayak The Bitches, a rocky stretch of white water where the tides are ferocious. The Bitches are a line of jagged rocks - the smaller ones are known as The Whelps – and stretch out into Ramsey Sound off Pembrokeshire in Wales, creating rapids and whirlpools.
