David Cameron is being accused of breaking election promises over caring for disabled children. The case of Riven Williams and her daughter Celyn (who needs 24-hour care) is in the news today. Riven says she may have to consider putting her daughter into residential care. What is it like caring for disabled children? What more can be done to support these parents?

Plus, with fuel now approaching 拢1.30 per litre, have you changed the way you drive? Do you shop around for petrol? Have you stopped using the car as much? Have you changed your car for something more economical?
