Celebrity desert trekker Dermot O'Leary reflects on a very tough first morning climbing a 4000 foot hill and descending into the arid Marsabit region of Northern Kenya. Dermot spent much of the morning walking with blind Radio 4 presenter Peter White and helping him over the steep and rocky terrain.
