CALL CENTRES - Santander has said it is bringing all of its call centres back to the UK from India following complaints.Chief executive Ana Botin told the 麻豆官网首页入口 customers had said it was "the most important factor in terms of the satisfaction with the bank". Is this a good move? What are your experiences of call centres? What happened the last time you were put through to a call centre?
2. BOO-HOO - Lots of pictures in the papers today of the Harry Potter cast at the world premier of the final ever Potter film; several members of the cast are in tears, along with JK Rowling. When was the last time you cried? What/who makes you blub?
