Friendly Fires join Lauren for a live session in the 6Music studios. The St Albans band recently released their second album Pala to great acclaim and it's huge dancefloor filling tunes pushed it into the Top Ten of the UK album charts. Following a storming set on Glastonbury's Other Stage in June, many are tipping the band to soundtrack the festival season up and down the country.

Tracks include "Live those Days Tonight" and the new single "Hawiian Air".
