The Bank of England is injecting 拢75 billion into the economy to try and stimulate growth, two of the directors of the Notting Hill Carnival have resigned amidst allegations that the carnival is 'at risk' and a hospital in Leytonstone has asked staff to take voluntary unpaid holiday or to work for free in order to start repairing its 拢4.5 billion deficit.
