Damian Peach a winner!
Astronomer Damian Peach won Astronomy Photographer of the Year 2011 with this stunning image of Jupiter and its moons Io and Ganymede. Paul Abel visits his home in Selsey to find out why the planets inspire him. The competition is organisised annually by the Royal Observatory Greenwich and Sky at Night magazine. The winning contributions of the Astronomy Photographer of the Year can be seen at the National Maritime Museum Greenwich until February 2012.
