Shona and Rhona look nervously at each other as Matt counts them in – they’re singing a rendition of ‘Waterloo’ with the school orchestra. Scout’s on guitar, Phoenix on key boards, Denzil on percussion and Tariq on sound. They’re fantastic! Michael, teachers and pupils clap along, thoroughly enjoying themselves and Matt’s in his element as he leads the orchestra into the second verse. The song ends and the school erupt into applause, Finn and Trudi hug as Matt and his orchestra take a bow.
