Former Formula One world champion Jody Scheckter owns the largest herd of water buffalo in Europe, as Jules Hudson finds out when he goes to his farm in Hampshire. Jody’s herd not only produces meat, but also provides the milk so he can make ‘buffalo mozzarella’. Countryfile invited celebrity chef Aldo Zilli to the farm, to come and make a buffalo-based feast.
