Paula sits in for Stuart George
Paula is discussing how we cope if we're (un)lucky enough to sleep with a snorer, the Prince's Countryside Fund and a local university's research into the health effects of being unemployed...
If you live with a snorer and you're pulling your hair out trying to get a decent night's sleep, then help could be at hand! Both Paula and her husband are snorers and it's a nightly competition to see who nods off first! Today she wants to know what your tried and tested methods are to stop your other half from snoring - or at the very least reduce the noise levels!
The Princes Countryside Fund - set up two years ago by HRH Prince Charles - was created to support, protect and foster the British countryside. Paula will be speaking to former England Rugby captain and farmer's son Phil Vickery to find out more about the Fund's work.
You can also hear how a group of Keele University students are researching how being unemployed can affect your health and wellbeing.
