Story of the e.coli outbreak of 2005 which caused the death of a 5 year old boy and led to health problems in a number of south Wales schoolchildren. The subsequent Pennington enquiry pointed the finger of blame at local butcher William Tudor who was jailed for his part in the outbreak.
