Meet Tom, the owner of Sound it Out records
Tom has been selling records from his record shop for the last 17 years. He chose it's location in Teeside because it's opposite a job centre and surrounded by cheap pubs. A regular customer pops in to check if he can buy a record by the Dire Straits.
