Reflectors and light sources
The presenter explains that the only things you can see are light sources or reflectors, which are objects that reflect light. If you want to be seen you can use a reflective object; however this would not help you to see reflective objects. Alternatively, if you use a light source, you can both see reflective objects and be seen.
