The rate of vibration or frequency
The presenter discovers that objects vibrate at a particular frequency. For example, a wine glass vibrates at 400 Hertz or 400 times per second when struck. This principle is used to topple a tower of wooden blocks on a glass plate when the plate is made to vibrate violently by a 200 Hertz sound source.
