We follow two young British professional women who are single, Hindu and looking for a partner - Hasmita, 29, and Jalpa, 25. It presents Hinduism as a diverse tradition, with family, culture and values being high priorities when looking for a partner. The two young women share their criteria for a marriage partner, their understanding of, and desire for, an 'arranged' marriage as a young British Hindu, and what happens when they are introduced to potential husbands.
