Campaign to stop on-street grooming is launched
A campaign has been launched to stop on-street grooming of vulnerable young women. The Community Alliance against Sexual Exploitation is led by the Islamic Society of Britain and the civil rights movement Hope Not Hate and is being backed by numerous religious organisations.
Most Muslim organisations are at pains to emphasise that this is not a Muslim problem - but the ones involved in this campaign say more needs to be done from within their communities.
