Watching baby turtles hatch
Vietnam’s Con Dao Islands lie about 230km (143 miles) from Ho Chi Minh city.
Some 80% of the islands are designated as national parkland and for the past 10 years there have been efforts to monitor the green turtle and try to save it from extinction.
Rajan Datar finds out more about the sanctuary and has the rare experience of watching baby turtles hatch.
