David Nicholson: ‘No blanket bans’ on current NHS services
The chief executive of NHS England, Sir David Nicholson, says he's determined to protect the current range of services available to patients. However, he admits it may not be possible to guarantee access to some "basic" treatments such as tattoo removal in the future due to funding pressures.
