Meeting Iceland鈥檚 wild horses
According to legend, Iceland鈥檚 rare breed of wild horse was brought to the country by the Vikings in about 900 AD.
The horses are resilient to Iceland鈥檚 harsh conditions and can thrive in a climate which would not be suitable for a normal horse.
In the past the horses were used for transport, agriculture and riding and now some hope they might bring new tourists to the remote north of the country.
Anna Holligan reports.
