The new pest on the pitch: Flares

They can burn at temperatures of 16 hundred degrees and can last for up to an hour - flares at football matches in the UK are becoming an increasing problem.

The authorities are so worried, they're set to begin a clampdown on them. Breakfast's Graham Satchell has been investigating.
