Is Monaco building the world's most expensive apartment?
The principality of Monaco is the second-smallest independent state in the world and a haven for the world's rich and famous.
Every year, more and more people decide they want to live in the principality and construction work, cranes and bulldozers have now become a daily fixture of life.
One building, the Tour Odeon, will be 170m (580ft) high and the second tallest building on the Mediterranean coastline. Its penthouse apartment will cover the top five floors and is rumoured to be on sale for about $400m (拢250m) - making it the world's most expensive apartment.
But some locals feel the drive to build high-rise towers is spoiling the look of the country.
