After his first year in office, this is the rollercoaster journey of the colourful and straight talking first elected Bristol Mayor, George Ferguson. The documentary team obtained exclusive access to the Mayor's work and life while he is getting to grip with challenges of running the city. In this clip the Mayor is in the council chamber telling a councillor to sit down and shut up. It illustrates the Mayor's slightly unconventional style of leading the city.
