Hair contestant Kobi gives his take on perfecting a modern beehive.

You鈥檒l need:
Pin Tail Comb
Backcombing Brush
Hair Grips & Pins
Hairbands
Hairspray
Hair Straighteners

Steps:
Section off the hair at the front and at the top of the head.

Using hair straighteners, curl the rest of the hair to give it a light wave and spray to hold.

Starting from the back, begin backcombing the hair on the crown of the head, spraying as you go. Continue forwards until the whole top section is backcombed.

Create your beehive shape by smoothing over the top layer of the backcombed hair with a brush, arranging the hair into position.

When you have the beehive shape you want, twist the hair at the back of the head and pin it in place.

Create a ponytail at the bottom of the beehive with the rest of the hair. To hide the hair bobble, take a section of hair from the back of the ponytail, wrap it around the bobble and secure in place with a grip.

With the fringe/front part of the hair, lightly back comb the root to give it texture and shape before spraying the whole style to finish.
