The Big Allotment Challenge grand final and the last chance for the remaining three pairs to impress the judges in a series of challenges devised to test their growing, arranging and preserving skills.
Jim Buttress sets the gardeners a double grow challenge where he asks them to present a melon and a sweetcorn to the show bench. The specimen flowers continue to be scrutinised and Jonathan Moseley dares them to make a suspended hanging design including dahlias. Queen of Preserves Thane Prince asks them to showcase their talent by presenting a gift basket full of unique produce from their allotments.
