If you travel a lot you have probably spent more than your fair share of time wandering around airports, hopelessly lost. From travel portal, TripAdvisor, GateGuru is a stress busting travel companion that shows the way to all the features and amenities in thousands of airports around the world.
The NCT Babychange app offers parents relief from travel stress by instantly finding the closest baby changing facilities using GPS. It is mainly focused on the UK right now, but users outside the UK can also add new facilities to grow the database through the power of the crowd.
Another great location resource is AbleRoad. It helps people with disabilities find the best local businesses that offer a high level of accessibility so that they can enjoy the facilities without worrying whether their needs are catered for.
Video conferencing has really evolved over the past decade and Appear.in is rebooting the genre with a free browser-based video conferencing tool that is very easy to use. You just fire up the website and share a link to invite up to eight people to conference with you.
If you prefer your thrills a little more adrenaline packed check out Sebastien Montaz-Rosset's Vimeo channel, where you will find stunts like a high wire walk between hot air balloons. Just do not look down.
