'Customers are afraid to come to Nigeria'
It has been one year since a 鈥渟tate of emergency鈥 was declared in the north-east of Nigeria 鈥 the region at the heart of the insurgency led by the group Boko Haram.
Following the kidnap of over 200 schoolgirls in north-east Nigeria in April 2014, further concerns have been raised about insecurity in general, not just inside Nigeria but, across the world.
Tomi Oladipo reports from the commercial city of Kano, to see how the city has been affected by the state of emergency and by recent events in Nigeria.
