Fred MacAulay takes self-confessed slacker Paula McGuire to one of Scotland鈥檚 premier shooting clubs for some top tips

Inspired by the Commonwealth Games, Paula McGuire decided to turn from Slacker to Winner by trying her hand at all seventeen events which feature in the Games. Always obliging, Fred came to her aid along with seasoned shooter Shona Marshall, Silver medal winner at the Delhi Games in 2010, to show Paula how to bag to a clay and believe it or not, it involves crayons!
