Fingers on buzzers... a Staffordshire man has set a new Guinness World record for the most TV quiz show appearances.

David St John, 65, has taken part in 34 quiz shows, including The Chase, Eggheads and Sale of the Century.

However, the comedian told the programme that after all his appearances, he had only made £5,000 overall.
