Germany's Dirk Nowitzki aiming high to make NBA history

Germany's Dirk Nowitzki has become the highest scoring player in NBA history from outside of the United States.

The record was previously held by Nigerian born Hakeem Olajuwon. Nowtizki scored 23 points in the Dallas Mavericks win against the Sacramento Kings to take him to a career total of 26,953.
