Alex Salmond takes to the golf course to look at Scottish devolution.

The former First Minister of Scotland claimed the Westminster parties have ended "up in the rough." and deep in the bunker over their plans.

In a personal film for This Week, he said: "In the aftermath of the Scottish Referendum campaign, it鈥檚 the Yes side, who lost, who are looking like winners. And the No side, who won, are looking, acting and sounding like losers. And pretty bad losers at that."
