Plain packets on cigarettes: Williams and Evans debate
Lib Dem MP Stephen Williams, who used to chair the all-party group on smoking, and Suzanne Evans from UKIP, on the competing arguments over plain packets for cigarettes.
They spoke to Andrew Neil as proposals to introduce standardised cigarette packaging in England were described as 鈥渇lawed鈥 by the tobacco industry
If approved by Parliament before May, a new law could be in force by 2016. Ministers and health groups say the change will save thousands of lives.
