An Introduction into Biomimetics: inspiration from nature
An overview of how the study of nature can inspire the design of new products. Includes interviews with researchers and examples of current innovations. Biomimetics is the study of the natural world. Scientists are applying this research to the development of exciting new innovations. Fran Scott shows inspirational examples of man-made products that are interpreting nature鈥檚 biological functions.
