Labour policies on paternity leave and childcare

Shadow Minister for Children and Families Alison McGovern on Labour's policies for paternity leave and childcare announced on Monday.

She spoke to Jo Coburn after Ed Miliband described the current paternity arrangements as "outdated", and said new fathers would be allowed to have four weeks leave, instead of two.

And there was reaction to the plans from Conservative Lucy Neville Rolfe, crossbencher Lola Young and Lib Dem Judith Jolly.
