Lamb: There will be no hiding place for poor care
Care Minister Norman Lamb on the new care certificate which he claims 鈥渉as some force behind it鈥.
He told Jo Coburn it would become the standard for training, and it was compulsory for providers to register with the Care Quality Commission and prove they are training their staff.
Their interview followed a film about the work of studio guest Camilla Cavendish, who was asked by Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt to carry out a review of the role of health care assistants, and she delivered her report in 2013.
