Stephanie Houghton says 鈥渁 lot of people would be open鈥� to the men鈥檚 and women鈥檚 football world cup tournaments being staged together.

The England and Manchester City women鈥檚 football captain said 鈥渋f you're talking about exposure there'll be no better way than to join them both together鈥� and that female players would 鈥減robably thrive playing next to the lad鈥檚 teams.鈥�

In a wide ranging interview for 鈥楥anada Calling,鈥� Stephanie also spoke to the 麻豆官网首页入口鈥檚 women鈥檚 football reporter Caroline Rigby about her team鈥檚 preparations for the women鈥檚 world cup 鈥� including England鈥檚 match against the USA on February 13th.
