Impresario: English National Opera 'living beyond its means'
Impresario Raymond Gubbay says the English National Opera must be living beyond its means for the Arts Council to put them in special financial measures.
Gubbay told the programme this was first time he'd heard of the Arts Council putting a company in special measures adding "ENO can't be within its means" and its "subsidy per seat was far higher than any other national company".
