Cold caller 'couldn't stick it'
Under a new government clampdown, companies behind nuisance calls are to be fined up to 拢500,000. But what is it like for the people who make the calls?
Nathan has two degrees, but started working in a call centre when he could not find a job elsewhere.
He worked there for just under a year but left because he "couldn't stick it anymore", and getting abuse from people "twenty times a day" left him feeling "useless".
