Willetts on university funding and fees
David Willetts, who oversaw the introduction of the current tuition fees system in England, spoke to Andrew Neil as Ed Miliband started a speech setting out his party's new policy on university tuition fees.
Explaining the current government policy, the former Conservative universities minister said younger people "understand if anything this is to their advantage" but their parents were less likely to likely to see it as an overdraft.
Studio guests Harry Cole from the Guido Fawkes political blog, and Atul Hatwal, editor of the Labour Uncut blog join in the debate.
