'Conservatives must stand in the middle'
Increasing the minimum wage, spending more on tackling obesity and smoking prevention programmes, increasing taxes on luxury goods and larger houses all feature in the Good Right manifesto.
Times columnist and Good Right editor Tim Montgomerie explains why these ideals ideas are compatible with a Conservative agenda, and he claims could lead to a smaller welfare state, with his party standing in the political centre.
