"You can live well with dementia"
An estimated 525,000 people in the UK are living with dementia at home, a significant proportion of the 850,000 with the condition overall.
The number has been rising as the population gets older and care home budgets are squeezed.
Victoria Derbyshire spoke to patients and carers living with the condition, one of whom told her you could still "live well".
