Are GPs under more pressure than other NHS workers ?
Better funding and more time with patients are needed to improve services, according to a survey of GPs.
The British Medical Association poll of more than 15,500 UK GPs found nine in 10 believed a heavy workload had a negative impact on the quality of care.
But who isn't feeling the pressure at work, especially in healthcare?
We spoke to GP Dr Hamed Khan, hospital nurse Abbie Cooper, senior transplant surgeon Nizam Mamode, and from Southampton, Debbie Watson, who is a care worker.
