'Vitally important we help more people own their own home'
Environment Secretary Liz Truss said the Conservatives were the "party of localism" as she spoke about her party's manifesto launch where housing policy was a key headline.
She told Andrew Neil the party wants councils to sell some of their more expensive homes, to allow them to buy more cheaper homes 鈥渢herefore increasing the overall stock of affordable housing".
