Right to Buy 'crap solution to a non-existent problem'

The government鈥檚 own housing numbers "just don鈥檛 add up" says financial expert Louise Cooper who puts the case against Conservative plans for right to buy.

In a personal film for This Week, she called for cross-party support for a long term plan to ensure more homes are built.

And she added: "What we don鈥檛 need is gimmickry and bribes."
