Does Britain have a responsibility to take more migrants from Africa?

700 migrants are feared to have drowned after their boat capsized off the coast of Libya. Many of these migrants are risking their lives paying traffickers to get them into European countries. But if Britain has been involved in military action in countries where the migrants are from, should it be doing more to help them come over here? Should Britain do more to take in migrants from Africa?
