Hague: Libya has gone seriously backwards
Former Foreign Secretary William Hague on the state of Libya, and the European help for people aiming to leave it in boats trying to cross the Mediterranean.
He spoke to Andrew Neil about the UK's past intervention, and what role it should play in post-conflict planning.
Mr Hague accused the Labour leader of "shallow opportunism", and questioned why Ed Miliband was speaking about Libya 13 days before an election, after showing little previous interest in Libyan issues.
